It can be very frustrating when an EBSCO database you need on the Digital Pipeline doesn’t seem to be working or is unavailable. You have passwords and it still doesn’t work. Help is available!
First gather up the following information:
If the database is an EBSCO product, you can contact the EBSCO Tech Support staff either by phone or by email. For telephone assistance, contact Tech Support at (800) 758-5995 during their open hours:
